| We agree that marriage is a sacred trust and serious business
so we have beautiful traditional ceremonies for first timers, mid-life couples, senior citizens, ceremonies
including children and a unity candle ceremony. |

| We also think weddings can be light hearted so we're
doing something a little different and are having fun with it! You may
choose from numerous ethnic and unusual ceremonies in addition to
traditional non-denominational ceremonies. |
| Marriage in
the Beautiful Arkansas Ozarks |
| It's easy to marry in Arkansas. Couples must be
over 18 years old to marry without parental consent - no blood test and no waiting
period or witnesses required, but state law does require a Social Security
number and photo ID. Forms may be filled out at any county courthouse in
the state. The license must be obtained in person. |

| Marriage Licenses may
be obtained in Eureka Springs or any other Arkansas
town. The license cost $58 (cash only) and can be obtained up to
60 days before the ceremony. Licenses can not be purchased over the phone. Once
you receive your marriage license, it must be signed by a clergy member
who is registered in the State of Arkansas. |

| We are happy to perform your ceremony anywhere you choose and offer a selection of lovely and interesting places
as well as referrals to other wedding services. |
| Small receptions are
also provided which include heart shaped wedding cake, sparkling grape
juice or apple cider
and/or other beverage of your choice and table set-up. |
| Flowers, carriage rides,
photographers/videographers and/or music can also be recommended or
arranged for your special event. |
